THE CAKES & SWEETS STALL
Every year our community outdoes themselves, baking and making up a sweet selection of delicious homemade baked goods and yummy sweets. If you’re interested in helping out the baking or the tasting this year, get involved!
THE INDIGO BAR
The best place to sit and relax, the Bar is this is on the Astro Turf Oval – Singleton. Come and meet, chat, or just sit and take in the atmosphere for a few moments, or a few hours between rides. Nearby, the Indigo! Barbecue tent will keep those looking for a traditional sausage on-bread or burger happy all day. The Pizza Cafe will be pumping out pizzas all afternoon. Both are run by our amazing school community, so if you have a spare pair of hands then sign up for a shift!
Our Amazing Vendors
We will host a number of external food and snack stalls this year! Come sample some of the local restaurants and tastes to tantalise even the most picky taste buds.
Bird’s Nest
Bringing the Yakitori concept from its native Japan to Australia for the very first time, Birds Nest Restaurant sources high-quality local and international ingredients to create a menu that is bursting with flavoursome and vibrant fare. Think icy-cold draught with chicken tenderloin skewers cooked over charcoal and served with mayo and crunchy garlic.
Curry House by Milk
Indro Family, Tilak Raj and crew will be serving up his deliciously flavoursome curries and condiments throughout the afternoon. Tilak runs and own the Milk Cafe in Ashgrove and does local curry service in the 4069 area. We all know and love his curries from the Holi Run. Lunch and dinner sorted!
Stars & Stripes Slushies
Rolling in to keep the whole crew cool, Stars and Stripes serves icy slush drinks, sno cones and tasty Fairy Floss.
Always one of the most popular stands on a hot day to cool the brain, but just don’t drink it too quickly or the freeze is on!
Rolls Pho Mi
Rolls Pho Mi first hit the roads in March 2016, delivering Vietnamese street food to the people of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast from their fiery red food trailer. Recreating traditional recipes acquired from mum Dzung, husband and wife team Duy and Steph are serving up classics like fresh rice paper rolls, their signature 24hr pho, authentic banh mi and mouthwatering snacks. There are refreshments on offer too; slow dripped Vietnamese iced coffee, fresh young coconut juice topped with fresh fruit and lychee lemonade. The business is family owned and operated which means every dish is made just like mum’s using fresh, hand-picked quality ingredients.
